Return & Refund Policy

At Colores del Art, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As many of our products are handmade and unique, please read our return policy carefully. This policy is fully compliant with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 calendar days from the day you received it, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the exact same pristine condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and undamaged.

• All original tags, accessories, and the original packaging must be included.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs: In the event of a return due to a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the goods (i.e., the shipping fees from you to us) must be paid entirely by the customer.

2. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our handcrafted work, the law provides specific exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We do not accept returns or cancellations in the following cases:

• Custom-made Products: Items that are made to your specific specifications or are clearly personalized.

• Wedding & Christening Favors (Bombonieres): Because these are custom, made-to-order items (involving specific materials, colors, and prints), wedding and christening favors cannot be returned or refunded.

• Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

3. Defective Products or Wrong Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice that the product is defective, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt).

In this case, we take full responsibility. We will arrange the return of the product at our own expense and ensure its immediate replacement or issue a full refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via email at creationsrene@yahoo.gr or by phone at +30 6936522120, mentioning your order number.

2. Once we approve your return request, pack the item securely.

3. Send the package to the following address:

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
